6 TRAINING METHODS

Strength & Conditioning

It is high intensity interval training done with barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell to improve performance in athletic competition and it also helps with injury prevention.

Yogic Warrior 60

This is an intense flow class starts with suryanamaskar, Keeping the pace we make our way through variations of warrior pose accompanied by plank, side plank, body weight exercises to help u develop muscular endurance, strength and to boost metabolism and to burn calories in a short period of time.

D Sculpt 60

It is the workout using dumbbells, it is an intense calorie burning class which helps in burning calories. It is for anyone looking to get lean toned and fit.

Active Rest 60

It is a 60 minutes flexibility training. Shortened muscles become fragile and weak adding unnecessary pressure on tendons and pulling bones out of their natural alignment this can result in muscle, joint and back pain. Here we will guide you to stretch each other properly and we assist stretching as part of your program

Core Blaster 60

It is an intense core training workout where you work with resistance tubes, TRX and weight plates and medicine Ball as well as body weight exercise. It is heart pumping core workout with simple and easy moves and require one to engage the core strength.

Fat Shredder (HIIT)

It is a high impact cardio workout using your body weight where we combine moves like burpees, pushups, climbers, to blast fat, burn calories and keeps burning them for hours after.

Raghavendra Kashyap

He was first introduced to weight training at the age of 14. Over the course of 15 years Raghavendra has trained under a variety of coaches and experienced a number of different training methods including yoga, MMA, wrestling, Olympic lifting. After having different fitness certification Raghavendra decided that it was important to focus on true, dynamic fitness. He changed his training regime to very high intensity functional workout. He focused primarily on movements which open up all the muscle and at the same time strengthening it. He says that our body should never be a problem for us, so he focus more on strengthening joints and stretching muscles. Fitness and healthy life style has always been a huge part of Raghavendra’s life. Helping others progress in their fitness and stay safe has always been a passion of his.

Yoga and Calisthenics Coach

Kamal Jeet Mehla

He has been a yoga and calisthenics trainer for over 2 years. He is known for his creative, dynamic and energetic classes driven from the style of ashtanga vinyasa yoga.
